Shannon has an administrative background and helps with accounting, receivables, and payroll. She also fills in at the front desk when needed. She is a Registered Medical Transcriptionist (RMT).
She is a volunteer member of Quota International of Cambridge, a service organization assisting the speech and hearing impaired and disadvantaged women and children.
Dr. Taylor and Shannon have been married for 28 years and have 2 cute Welsh Corgis, Dixon Lloyd and Darla Michelle. They enjoy boating on the Choptank River.
